For online stores and retailers

Online store development that also organises the orders behind it

Online store development where the customer chooses, pays by card and follows their order, and your team sees every new order on a board instead of hunting for it in the inbox.

Start with your business.

20 minutes, free. If a ready-made platform would serve you better, we say so on the call.

What online store development includes

  • Catalogue and cart

Your products with photos, variants and descriptions, on a store that works well on a phone.

  • Card payment

The customer pays by card through a payment provider. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are agreed in the scope.

  • An order board

Every order is a card: new, paid, packed, shipped. The team moves it with one tap.

  • Status for the customer

The customer gets a confirmation and follows the order status without writing or calling.

  • Courier delivery

The delivery address arrives with the order. A connection to Econt or Speedy is agreed in the scope, after we check what they allow.

  • Stock

If it is in the scope, stock goes down with every order, and a product disappears when it runs out.

  • In two languages

If you also sell abroad, the store can be in Bulgarian and English.

  • Hosting and support

We take these on for a monthly fee, so the store keeps working after handover.

Saturday, 11:20. An order arrives. It is on the board, paid, with an address for the courier. The customer sees “Received”, and on Monday morning nobody pieces orders together from emails.

The problem we solve

Some customers order on the website, others send messages, others call. Orders are collected by hand, and one always gets missed.

Customers ask whether their order has left, and answering means checking three places. Stock is tracked in a spreadsheet nobody updates in time.

This is not a team problem. What is missing is one store that takes the order, the payment and the delivery details and hands them to the team in order. That is what we build.

Is this for you?

If you sell a few products and are still testing whether there is demand, a ready-made platform is a faster and cheaper start. We say so on the first call.

It makes sense when you have enough orders for some to get lost, when your process does not fit a ready-made platform, when you want the store to be entirely yours, or when orders need to reach the team in order.

From first call to launch

  1. A call

Free, 20 minutes. You tell us what you sell, how orders come in today and where they get lost.

  2. Scope and price

You get in writing what we build and what it costs. Scope and price are agreed before we start.

  3. Built with your products

You see a working store with your products and place a test order before it goes public.

  4. Store goes live

We put the store on your domain, run an order with a real payment end to end and show the team the board.

From you: the products with photos and prices, your delivery and returns terms, and one test order. No homework.

What our online store development is built from

We have not had a classic online store as a client yet, and we do not claim otherwise. The closest thing that works is an online ordering system for a delivery venue:

Client build · live · name not given

Online orders with card payment

A delivery venue takes orders on its website: one shared cart for two menus, card payment and a printed ticket for every order.

Client build · live · name not given

A live board and status for the customer

Every new order appears on a board in the kitchen with a sound alert, and the customer follows its status on their own page. Store orders will move the same way.

Own website · live

The enquiry path of this website

Every enquiry is stored in a database and reaches both founders by email. If an email fails, the system tries again.

What online store development costs

The price depends on the scope: the number of products and variants, payment methods, a courier connection, stock, the order board and a second language. You get a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a separate monthly fee for hosting and support.

That is why we do not publish a price list. The payment provider’s and the courier’s fees are separate, and we list them in the offer.

Your questions, answered

How much does online store development cost?

It depends on the scope. You get a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a monthly fee for hosting and support before we start.

Why not a ready-made platform?

It is often the right choice, and we say so. Your own store makes sense when your process does not fit the ready-made platform or when you want everything to be yours.

Can I add products myself?

Yes. You get access to add and change products, prices and photos without writing code.

Who writes the terms and the returns policy?

You approve the texts, and for their legal form we recommend a lawyer. We put them in the right places in the store.

Next step

Start with a free 20-minute call. If you would like to see the numbers first, the 5-minute check shows where the store loses money, with your own data.
