Software for gyms and studios: classes, booking and passes

Software for gyms and studios that lets a client book a class or a trial session from their phone, get a reminder before it starts, and join a waiting list when the class is full.

Start with your business.

20 minutes, free. If your group chat does the job, we say so on the call.

What the software for gyms includes

  • A website for the gym

Your classes, trainers, timetable and how to get there, on a site that works well on a phone.

  • Class booking

The client sees the timetable, picks a class and books. Places are counted automatically, and the class closes when it is full.

  • Trial sessions

A new client requests a trial session on a convenient day. The gym confirms, and the request is not lost in messages.

  • A waiting list

When a class is full, the client joins a list. If a place opens up, the first person gets a message.

  • Reminders

The client gets a reminder before the class and when their pass is running out. By email; Viber or text messages are agreed in the scope.

  • Passes and memberships

You see who has which pass, how many visits are left and when it expires. Online card payment is agreed in the scope.

  • A board for trainers

A trainer sees who is booked for their class, on their phone, without counting in the chat.

  • Hosting and support

We take these on for a monthly fee, so the system keeps working after handover.

Tuesday, 6 pm. The class is full, two people are on the waiting list. Someone cancels, the first person on the list gets a message, and the place is taken without anyone at the gym picking up the phone.

The problem we solve

Clients sign up in a Viber group, in comments or by phone. The trainer counts by hand who is coming, and when someone drops out at the last minute, the place stays empty.

Passes and memberships sit in a notebook or a spreadsheet. Nobody sends a reminder when a pass runs out, and the client simply stops coming.

This is not a trainer problem. What is missing is one place where the client books, the gym sees who is coming, and reminders go out on their own. That is what we build.

Is this for you?

If you are a personal trainer with a few clients and everyone knows their time, a calendar and the phone are enough. We say so on the first call.

It makes sense when you run group classes with limited places, have several trainers and clients on passes and memberships, or when bookings in the chat already take more time than the training itself.

From first call to launch

  1. A call

Free, 20 minutes. You tell us how clients book today and how you track passes.

  2. Scope and price

You get in writing what we build and what it costs. Scope and price are agreed before we start.

  3. Built with your timetable

You see a working version with your classes and trainers and try it with the team before it goes public.

  4. Live in the gym

We put the site on your domain, run a test booking end to end and show the trainers how to work with it.

From you: the timetable, the types of passes, and one test run with the team. No homework.

What the software for gyms is built from

We have not had a gym as a client yet, and we do not claim otherwise. The system is put together from parts that already work for our clients and for us:

Client build · live · name not given

Reservations on a staff board

A restaurant and bar takes reservations from its website, and they land on a board for the staff, not on someone’s personal phone. Class bookings will arrive the same way.

Client build · live · name not given

A live board for the team

At a delivery venue, every new order appears on a board with a sound alert, and the customer follows its status on their own page.

Own website · live

The enquiry path of this website

Every enquiry is stored in a database and reaches both founders by email. If an email fails, the system tries again.

What software for gyms costs

The price depends on the scope: a website with class booking, or passes and memberships as well, a waiting list, reminders, online payment and a second language. You get a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a separate monthly fee for hosting and support.

That is why we do not publish a price list. Before payment we confirm the final amount and the applicable tax in writing.

Your questions, answered

How much does software for a gym cost?

It depends on the scope. You get a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a monthly fee for hosting and support before we start.

Have you built a system for a gym before?

Not for a gym. We have built online reservations and a live board for a team. So we first show you a working version with your timetable, and only then put it live for clients.

Can clients pay for their pass online?

Yes, if it is in the scope. Card payment goes through a payment provider, and we check its terms before we promise.

Do clients have to download an app?

No. Booking works in the phone’s browser, with nothing to install.

Next step

Start with a free 20-minute call. If you would like to see the numbers first, the 5-minute check shows where the gym loses money, with your own data.
