For restaurants and venues

Bookings and online orders without platform commission

Your own booking and online ordering system for a restaurant.

Start with your business.

Twenty minutes, free. If your orders are too few for a system of your own, we say so on the call.

What the booking and online ordering system includes

  • A site with a menu and a cart

A menu in Bulgarian and English with photos and prices. The customer chooses, orders and receives a confirmation.

  • Online bookings

A table request lands on the same board, not on a team member's personal phone.

  • A board for the kitchen and the floor

A new order appears at once with a sound, on a phone or a tablet, without reloading the page.

  • Ticket printing

The order comes out of the printer in the kitchen.

  • The customer sees what is happening

The status and the expected time update on their page while they wait.

  • Run it without a developer

Your team changes the dishes, the prices and the opening hours and marks items as sold out.

  • Pause with one button

Stop orders, or delivery only, when the kitchen cannot keep up. The menu stays visible.

  • Online card payment

Optional. There is a switch: if payment stops working, you turn it off and orders continue with payment on delivery.

Friday, 8 pm. Orders appear on the screen in the kitchen, bookings sit on the same board and nobody copies anything down.

The problem we solve

Delivery platforms keep a commission on every order and hold the relationship with the customer. Bookings arrive by phone, in chat and on social media, and someone has to copy them down. In the peak hour an order gets lost between the phone and the kitchen.

This is not a staff problem. What is missing is one place where everything arrives without anyone copying it. That is what we build.

Is this for you?

If you receive a few orders a week, your own system will not pay for itself and the platform remains the cheaper choice. We say so in the first call.

It makes sense when orders and bookings come every day, the commission is already felt and you want customers to return to you, not to the platform. Your own site does not oblige you to leave the platforms: the two run side by side.

From first call to launch

  1. A conversation

Twenty free minutes. You tell us how you take orders and bookings today and where they get lost.

  2. Scope and price

You receive in writing what we build and what it costs. Scope and price are agreed before we start.

  3. Built with your menu

You see a working version with your dishes and try it with your team before it goes public.

  4. Launch in the venue

We set up the board and the printer, run a test order from end to end and show the team how to work with it.

From you: the menu with the prices and photos you already have, and one trial run with your team. No homework.

Two systems working in real venues

We show working systems, not projected results.

Client build · live · name withheld

A delivery kitchen

An ordering site with two separate menus and one shared cart, a live board in the kitchen and ticket printing.

Client build · live · name withheld

A restaurant and bar

A menu of more than 200 items in two languages, bookings and orders on a staff board, and a panel for the manager.

What a restaurant system costs

The price depends on the scope: a menu and bookings only, or also delivery orders, printing and card payment. You receive a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a separate monthly amount for hosting and maintenance.

We do not take a cut of your orders. With card payment, the payment provider's fee follows your own contract with them.

Your questions, answered

How much does a booking and online ordering system cost?

It depends on the scope. You receive a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a monthly amount for hosting and maintenance, before we start. We take no cut of your orders.

Does it work with myPOS and with my POS terminal?

We have built online card payment with myPOS and tested it with real payments. For another provider, or a link to your till software, we first check what it allows and only then promise anything.

What happens if card payment stops working?

The panel has a switch. You turn card payment off and customers keep ordering with payment on delivery until the problem is solved.

Can I pause orders temporarily?

Yes. One button closes orders or stops delivery only. The site and the menu stay visible and the customer sees a message.

Do I need special equipment?

The board runs in a browser on a phone or a tablet. Printing needs a ticket printer. We tell you which model works before you buy anything.
