For law firms
Software for law firms that organises the work around the client: a prospective client requests a consultation on the website, the firm sees the request straight away, and cases and deadlines sit on one board that only the people you give access can see.
Start with your business.
20 minutes, free. If your firm works well as it is, we say so on the call.
Your practice areas, the team and how to reach you, on a site that works well on a phone. You approve the content.
A short form: the type of matter, a convenient time and contact details. The form says clearly not to send confidential documents before you have taken the case.
Every case is a card: new, in progress, waiting for documents, closed. You see who handles it and what the next step is.
Deadlines sit next to the case, and the responsible lawyer gets a reminder before them. Messages by email; other channels are agreed in the scope.
If it is in the scope, the client uploads the requested documents on a secure page instead of sending them by email.
A partner sees everything, an associate their own cases. Client data is visible only to the people the firm gives access.
Where the data is stored and who can reach it is agreed in writing in the scope, before we start.
We take these on for a monthly fee, so the system keeps working after handover.
Monday morning. The board shows the three deadlines this week, the new consultation request from Saturday and who on the team handles each case. Nobody searches their email for a note.
Enquiries come by phone, by email and through the website form. Some of them wait for days, because the lawyer is in court and nobody else knows there is a new request.
Case deadlines are kept in a calendar, a notebook or one person’s memory. When that person is away, the team has to piece the picture together from emails and folders.
This is not a people problem. What is missing is one secure place where requests, cases and deadlines are visible to the right people. That is what we build.
If you work alone and have few cases, a good calendar and a tidy inbox are often enough. We say so on the first call.
It makes sense when several lawyers and associates work in the firm, when requests come from several places and some get lost, or when deadlines need to be visible to the whole team rather than to one person.
Free, 20 minutes. You tell us how requests come in today and how you track cases and deadlines.
You get in writing what we build, where the data lives and what it costs. Scope and price are agreed before we start.
You see a working version with your practice areas and case stages and try it with the team before it goes public.
We put the site on your domain, send a test request end to end and show the team how to work with the board.
From you: your practice areas, the stages a case goes through, and one test run with the team. No homework.
We have not had a law firm as a client yet, and we do not claim otherwise. The system is put together from parts that already work for our clients and for us:

Every enquiry is stored in a database and reaches both founders by email. If an email fails, the system tries again, so no request is lost.

At a delivery venue, every new order appears on a board with a sound alert, and the customer follows its status on their own page. Every case will move the same way.
The price depends on the scope: a website with consultation requests, or a case board as well, deadline reminders, a page for client documents and a second language. You get a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a separate monthly fee for hosting and support.
That is why we do not publish a price list. Before payment we confirm the final amount and the applicable tax in writing.
It depends on the scope. You get a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a monthly fee for hosting and support before we start.
Not for a law firm. We have built request forms, a live board for a team and a secure vault with access only for the right people. So we first show you a working version with your stages, and only then put it live.
Only the people the firm gives access. Roles, where the data is stored and how support can reach it are agreed in writing in the scope, before we start.
You approve the content. We do not add promises about case outcomes, ratings or comparisons with colleagues, and we publish only the information the firm approves.
We first check what your software allows, and only then promise. If there is no connection, the board works on its own.
Start with a free 20-minute call. If you would like to see the numbers first, the 5-minute check shows where the firm loses time and money, with your own data.
