An AI assistant for a dental clinic
A Bulgarian-language assistant, by voice and in chat, that answers patients' questions and takes appointment requests.
AI voice assistants
An AI receptionist that answers your calls in Bulgarian at any hour: opening times, services, prices, address.
Start with your business.
Twenty minutes, free. If you miss too few calls for a voice assistant, we say so on the call.
The voice comes from ElevenLabs, and an AI model such as ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic) or Gemini (Google) runs the conversation. We pick the model for the job and check the Bulgarian before launch.
We give the assistant your services, prices, opening hours and common questions. It answers from those, not from general guesses.
It takes the name, number, service and preferred time. If your booking software allows a connection, the appointment goes into it. Otherwise the request reaches your team to confirm.
When a question needs judgement or the caller wants a person, the assistant transfers the call or notes when to ring them back. We instruct it not to guess.
Callers hear at the start that they are speaking with an AI assistant. The EU AI Act requires it, and it is honest to your customers.
Calls are forwarded to the assistant when you do not pick up, or after hours. We check what your phone provider allows before the offer.
Requests are stored in a spreadsheet and alert you by email. If the alert fails, the request is still stored.
Call summaries are kept where you have access. You see what customers ask and what to add to the answers.
Friday, 7:40 pm. The salon is closed and someone rings to book for Saturday. The assistant picks up, tells them what the service costs and takes the request. On Saturday morning it is waiting for you with a name, a number and the service.
In a clinic, a salon, a restaurant or a repair shop, the people who answer the phone also do the actual work. The call comes just as you are with a customer, at the stove or under a car. After hours nobody answers at all. And most calls are the same questions: when are you open, what does it cost, do you have a free slot.
You do not need another person on the front desk. You need the repeat questions answered automatically, the requests written down, and your team left with the calls that need a person.
If your phone rings a few times a day and you nearly always pick up, a call-back rule will do the job and cost nothing. We say so in the first call. The free missed-calls calculator shows whether there is anything to win back.
An AI phone assistant makes sense when calls come in every day, some of them go unanswered because the team is busy or it is after hours, and you work with appointments or orders: clinics, salons, repair shops, restaurants, service firms. If your customers write more often than they call, a website chatbot is the better fit.
Twenty free minutes. You tell us what people ask on the phone and what should happen after the call.
You receive in writing what the assistant will do, when it answers, when it hands over to a person and what it costs. We check what your phone provider and booking software allow before promising anything.
We give the assistant your information, choose a voice and test it with the real questions you get. You and your team ring it before it takes real calls.
We connect it to your number, run a test call from end to end and show you how to change the information it answers from.
From you: one conversation, the answers you already give on the phone, and a few test calls with your team. No homework.
We show working systems, not projected results. A voice assistant is built from parts already running:

The form stores every enquiry in a database and a Google Sheet and emails both founders. If the email fails, the system tries again. Requests taken by the voice assistant reach your team the same way.

A free calculator on this site: enter the calls you miss and what one customer brings you, and see the yearly total. It runs in your browser.
The price depends on the scope: answers only, or also appointment requests, a booking software connection, handover to a person, how many languages and at what hours the assistant answers. On top of the build there is a monthly amount covering the phone line, the voice, the AI usage and support, because the providers charge for every minute of conversation.
That is why we do not publish a price list. After the free 20-minute call you receive a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a clear monthly amount. Before you pay, we confirm the total and any applicable tax in writing.
Yes. We tell them at the start of the call, as European AI law requires. The voice sounds natural, but the assistant never claims to be a person.
It says it will pass the question to your team and records how to reach the caller. If you have agreed on transfers, it puts them through to your team.
No. Usually calls are forwarded to the assistant when you do not pick up, or after hours. We check what your provider allows before the offer.
If your software or calendar allows a connection, yes. If not, the request reaches your team with all the details and you confirm.
The assistant asks only for what the request needs. We agree in writing what is recorded, where it is kept and who can see it.
Start with a free 20-minute call. If you would rather see the numbers first, the 5-minute check shows what the calls nobody picks up cost you.
