For medical centres

Software for medical centres with online appointment requests

Software for medical centres that lets patients request an appointment with the right doctor on your website, without waiting on the phone.

Start with your business.

20 minutes, free. If your reception keeps up as it is, we say so on the call.

What the software for medical centres includes

  • A website for the centre

Your specialties, doctors, opening hours and how to get there, on a site that works well on a phone.

  • Appointment requests

The patient picks a specialty or a doctor and a convenient day and leaves a name and phone number. Reception confirms the time or offers another.

  • A board for reception

Requests are sorted by doctor: new, confirmed, moved. Reception sees the whole picture on one screen.

  • A reminder before the visit

The patient gets a reminder by email before the appointment. Viber or text messages are agreed in the scope.

  • No medical records

The system is not a medical record. Appointment requests contain personal data and can reveal health information, such as which specialty the patient chose. Before implementation we agree with the centre how this data is processed and protected.

  • Roles and permissions

Reception sees the requests, a doctor their own appointments. Patient data is visible only to the people the centre gives access.

  • Where the data lives

Where the data is stored, how long it is kept and who can reach it is agreed in writing in the scope, in line with the GDPR.

  • Hosting and support

We take these on for a monthly fee, so the system keeps working after handover.

Wednesday, 8:15. Reception opens the board: twelve requests from the evening, each with the right doctor and on the day that suits the patient. The phone rings less, because the reminders have already gone out.

The problem we solve

In the morning everyone calls at once. Reception talks to one patient while three others wait or hang up. Some of them call another centre.

Doctors’ schedules sit in different spreadsheets, and changes are passed on by word of mouth. Missed appointments stay empty, because nobody reminded the patient.

This is not a reception problem. What is missing is one place where the patient requests a time, reception sees the requests by doctor, and the reminder goes out on its own. That is what we build.

Is this for you?

If you are one doctor with a small number of patients and your schedule is full, the phone and a calendar are often enough. We say so on the first call.

It makes sense when several doctors work in the centre, when the phone never stops in the morning, when patients miss appointments, or when you want to take requests in the evening, after hours.

From first call to launch

  1. A call

Free, 20 minutes. You tell us how patients book today and where calls get lost.

  2. Scope and price

You get in writing what we build, where the data lives and what it costs. Scope and price are agreed before we start.

  3. Built with your doctors

You see a working version with your specialties and doctors and try it with reception before it goes public.

  4. Live in the centre

We put the site on your domain, send a test request end to end and show reception how to work with the board.

From you: the list of specialties and doctors, your opening hours, and one test run with reception. No homework.

What the software for medical centres is built from

We have not had a medical centre as a client yet, and we do not claim otherwise. The system is put together from parts that already work for our clients and for us:

Client build · live · name not given

Reservations on a staff board

A restaurant and bar takes reservations from its website, and they land on a board for the staff, not on someone’s personal phone. Appointment requests will arrive the same way.

Own website · live

The enquiry path of this website

Every enquiry is stored in a database and reaches both founders by email. If an email fails, the system tries again, so no request is lost.

Own tool · live

The missed-calls calculator

A free calculator on this website: you enter how many calls you miss and what one patient brings in and see what they cost you in a year. The calculation runs in your browser.

What software for medical centres costs

The price depends on the scope: a website with appointment requests, or a board for reception as well, reminders, the number of doctors and a second language. You get a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a separate monthly fee for hosting and support.

That is why we do not publish a price list. Before payment we confirm the final amount and the applicable tax in writing.

Your questions, answered

How much does software for a medical centre cost?

It depends on the scope. You get a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a monthly fee for hosting and support before we start.

Have you built a system for a medical centre before?

Not for a medical centre. We have built online requests and reservations with a board for the staff. So we first show you a working version with your doctors, and only then put it live for patients.

Do you store health information?

The system is not a medical record and the form does not ask for diagnoses. An appointment request does contain a name, a phone number and the chosen specialty, and that can reveal health information. So before implementation we agree with the centre which data is kept, for how long, where and how it is protected, and we write it into the scope.

Does it connect to the software we keep patients in?

We first check what your software allows, and only then promise. If there is no connection, the board works on its own.

Does the patient pick the time?

You decide. Most often the patient sends a request for a convenient day, and reception confirms it against the doctor’s schedule.

Next step

Start with a free 20-minute call. If you would like to see the numbers first, the 5-minute check shows where the centre loses money, with your own data.
