Our own AI systems
Kazena Group runs on its own operations centre, a CRM and Ledger, an AI assistant that prepares reports and drafts for the two founders.
Artificial intelligence in your work, without the chaos
AI consulting for owners and teams who hear about artificial intelligence every day but do not know where to start.
Start with your business.
Twenty minutes, free. If the free version of ChatGPT is enough for you, you will hear it on the call.
We go through the tasks that repeat every week: emails, quotes, reports, calls, documents. We mark the ones that take the most time.
We rank the ideas by benefit and difficulty and pick one to three to start with. We calculate the benefit with your numbers, not with promises.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or no new subscription at all. We recommend what fits your work and say when the free version is enough.
Practical rules on which data may go into AI tools and who approves the result. We explain the basics of the GDPR and the EU AI Act so you know what to ask your lawyer. We do not give legal advice.
Hands-on training on your own tasks, not generic examples. Everyone leaves with ready templates for the things they do every day.
Tested AI instructions for quotes, client replies, meeting summaries and reports, written in your language and adapted to your business.
One small working automation or AI agent on a real task. The pilot's scope and price are agreed beforehand, so you see the result before you decide whether to continue.
We come back to see whether the new way is used and whether it saves time. If not, we change it or stop it.
Monday morning. Replies to the repeat emails are ready as drafts and your employee only reviews them. Everyone on the team knows which tool they use, what for, and which data they never put into it.
One colleague writes emails with ChatGPT, another tried it once and gave up, and a third pastes client data into a free tool without knowing what happens to it afterwards. You pay for subscriptions nobody uses, and you still do not know whether AI saves anything.
The problem is not the tools. What is missing is someone who looks at your work from the outside, says where AI helps and where it only wastes time, and sets clear rules before a mistake with personal data happens.
That is the work we take on: we sort out where artificial intelligence makes sense for your business, then help make it work.
If your business has almost no repeat work with text, emails or documents, AI will not change much and we will not sell you consulting. We say so on the first call.
It makes sense when your team loses hours a week on the same replies, reports and documents, when people already use AI but each in their own way, or when you want to bring in artificial intelligence without risking your clients' data.
Twenty minutes, free. You tell us what your team does and where you lose the most time.
We review your processes and you get a written report: which tasks are worth handing to AI, how much time they save on your numbers and where to start.
If you continue, we agree the scope in writing: training, rules, a pilot or a build, with a deadline and a fixed price.
We train the team, run the pilot on a real task and check the result together after a month.
From you: one call, access to the person who knows the processes, and two hours of the team's time for the training. No homework.
We show our own work, not client results. We use the systems we recommend every day ourselves.

Claude is our main tool, and we also work with ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, ElevenLabs and n8n. That is how we know where each of them is strong and where it is not.
Audit page
The €390 audit is a written report with calculations based on your volumes. It can also end with the advice to do nothing.
You start with the free call, then the €390 audit. It is credited in full toward the build, and if we cannot identify automation worth at least three times the audit fee in annual savings, the audit is free.
Training, rules, the pilot and any build are priced by scope. You get a written offer with a fixed price before we start, and no subscriptions you have not approved.
No. The training is on your own tasks and in plain language. We need someone who knows how the company works, not a technical specialist.
Our aim is to remove the repeat work, not the people. Your employee reviews and approves what AI prepares, and the time saved goes to your clients.
Part of the training is practical rules on which data never goes into AI tools and how to check whether a tool uses your data for training. We do not put clients' personal data into free tools. For legal questions we point you to a lawyer.
No. We recommend the tool that fits your work and say when the free version is enough. If a build is needed, we do it, but only if it is worth it.
Start with a free 20-minute call: you tell us where your team loses time, and we tell you whether AI consulting makes sense for you. If it does, the next step is the €390 audit.
