This notice explains how Kazena Group handles enquiries sent through this website.
What we collect
Your name or business, email, message, chosen service and language. We also record a submission reference, time and limited campaign labels. Do not include sensitive personal data or other people’s confidential information.
Why we use it
To respond to your request, discuss services and take steps toward a contract when you ask us to. We use limited technical information to prevent spam and protect the service. We do not add you to marketing lists unless you tick the separate consent box on the leak check.
Who handles it
Enquiries are handled only by the two founders. To run the website, store enquiries securely and send email, we use established hosting, email and cloud-storage providers. They process data only on our instructions and under data-processing agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, it does so under the safeguards the GDPR requires. The list of providers is available on request at info@kazenagroup.com.
Storage and retention
Unconverted enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 90 days. If you become a client, relevant records move to the client relationship and applicable record-keeping schedule. Access is limited to authorised team members.
Your choices
Email info@kazenagroup.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to object where applicable. You may complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Preferences and measurement
We store your chosen language and view in your browser when available. Optional measurement is off unless you enable it: it counts fixed interaction events without names, email, messages or persistent visitor identifiers. Forms use an automated spam-protection check.
Cookies (optional)
The site works fully without cookies. Only if you accept them in the cookie banner do we load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), to count and understand visits, and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), to measure and target our advertising. They set cookies such as _ga (up to 2 years) and _fbp (up to 90 days), and the providers may process the data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent. You can change or withdraw it at any time with “Cookie settings” on this page; withdrawing removes these cookies from this site.
The “Where does the money leak?” check
The sums run in your browser. The numbers and the result are sent only when you ask for the result by email or send the free-call form under the result. If you send the call form, they go with your enquiry and are kept like any enquiry. If you ask for the result by email, we keep your email, the numbers you entered, the ranked result and the verdict, the time of the request, whether you ticked the consent box for emails, and which version of the consent text you saw. We use them to send you the result you asked for, and it is sent whether or not you ticked the box. We send emails about how other owners stop leaks like these only if you ticked the separate box, which is empty by default. Result requests are kept like enquiries: without a later contract they are reviewed for deletion after 90 days. Consent to emails is kept until you withdraw it. Withdraw at any time by replying to any email or emailing info@kazenagroup.com; we stop the emails and record the date. The record is stored with our hosting provider, with a backup in our private systems, accessible to the founders only.
