For real estate agencies

A property website where every enquiry reaches the right agent

Real estate website design and build for an agency that wants its listings to work on its own site, not only on the portals.

Start with your business.

Twenty minutes, free. If the portals are enough for you, we say so on the call.

What the real estate website design and build includes

  • Listings with filters

Buyers search by property type, area, price, size and number of rooms. Results load quickly, on a phone too.

  • A page for every property

Photos, description, size, floor, layout, a location on Google Maps and the agent who handles the property.

  • An enquiry on the property itself

The form on every listing sends the property number with the question. Nobody has to ask which flat later.

  • The enquiry reaches the right agent

Every enquiry is stored and the agent who handles the property gets an email alert. If the alert fails, the enquiry is still stored.

  • A panel for agents

Agents add and edit listings, change photos and mark a property as reserved or sold themselves. No developer needed.

  • English and Bulgarian

The site has two languages, and every listing has room for a text in each. For buyers from abroad looking for property in Bulgaria.

  • A list of enquiries

The manager sees which properties draw enquiries and which agent has not answered yet.

  • A base for Google

Every property is its own page with its own title and description, and the site has a sitemap and structured data.

On Sunday evening a buyer asks about a flat. On Monday morning the agent who handles it already has the enquiry, with the listing number and the buyer's phone.

The problem we solve

Enquiries arrive by phone, by email, from the portals and in messages. Half of them do not say which property they are about. They land in a shared inbox and someone has to sort them. By the time they reach the agent, the buyer has called another agency about the same property.

The agency's own site is often neglected. Sold properties are still on it. New ones go up late, because every change goes through a developer. A buyer from abroad opens the site and cannot read a word.

This is not an agent problem. What is missing is one place where the listings are accurate and every enquiry carries the property number and reaches the right person. That is what we build.

Is this for you?

If you handle few properties and your enquiries come mainly from the portals, a site of your own with listings will not pay for itself. A profile on the portals and one simple page for the agency will do the job. We say so in the first call.

It makes sense when you have many listings, several agents work in the agency, buyers from abroad look for you, or you want buyers to reach you directly and not only through a portal. Your own site does not oblige you to leave the portals: the two run side by side.

From first call to launch

  1. A conversation

Twenty free minutes. You tell us how many listings you handle, how many agents you have and how enquiries reach them today.

  2. Scope and price

You receive in writing what we build and what it costs. Scope and price are agreed before we start.

  3. Built with your listings

You see a working version with a few of your properties and try it with your agents before it goes public.

  4. Launch and handover

We move over the listings you give us, launch the site on your domain, send a test enquiry to every agent and show the team the panel.

From you: the listings you already have, with their photos, and a list of which agent handles which properties. No homework.

Systems with the same parts, already working

We have not yet finished a website for a real estate agency. Here are systems with the same parts that are already working:

Client build · live · name withheld

A catalogue with a management panel

The menu of a restaurant and bar, with more than 200 items in two languages and a panel the manager uses to change the content. The same base sits behind listings that agents keep up to date themselves.

Client build · live · name withheld

A request that reaches the right person at once

The ordering site of a delivery kitchen: every order appears on a live board in the kitchen, without anyone forwarding it. An enquiry needs the same to reach its agent.

Our own site · live

Enquiries that do not get lost

The site you are reading: every enquiry is stored in a database and in a Google Sheet and reaches both founders by email. If sending fails, the system tries again.

What a real estate website costs

The price depends on the scope: how many listings and agents, how many languages, which filters and whether we need to move listings from an old site. You receive a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a separate monthly amount for hosting and maintenance.

That is why we do not publish a price list. Before you pay, we confirm the total and any applicable tax in writing.

Your questions, answered

How much does a real estate website cost?

It depends on the scope. You receive a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a monthly amount for hosting and maintenance, before we start.

Have you built a website for an agency before?

Not yet. We have built a catalogue with a management panel, live boards and enquiries that reach the right person. An agency site is put together from these parts, and you see a working version before it goes public.

Can the listings also appear on the property portals?

It depends on what each portal allows. We check each one separately and only then promise anything. Until then, listings go up on the portals the way they do now.

Can agents add listings themselves?

Yes. Each agent logs in to the panel, adds and edits their own listings and marks a property as reserved or sold.

Can the site be in other languages?

English and Bulgarian are the base. We add another language when it is part of the scope. The texts are written separately, without machine translation.
