An AI assistant for a dental clinic
A Bulgarian-language assistant, by voice and in chat, that answers patients' questions and takes appointment requests.
Chatbots and AI assistants
A website chatbot that answers your customers' questions at any hour: prices, opening times, services, how to find you.
Start with your business.
Twenty minutes, free. If you get too few questions for a chatbot, we say so on the call.
We give the bot your services, prices, opening hours and common questions. It answers from those, not from general guesses on the internet.
It takes the name, phone number, service and preferred time. If your calendar allows a connection, the appointment goes into it. Otherwise the request reaches your team to confirm.
Every enquiry is stored in a spreadsheet and alerts you by email. If the alert fails, the enquiry is still stored.
When it does not know the answer, or the question needs judgement, the bot says it will pass the question to your team. We instruct it not to guess, and you can read back its conversations.
It replies in the language the customer writes in. We test each language with real questions before it goes live.
We start with the website. For another channel we first check what it allows and only then promise anything.
Conversations are kept where you have access. You see what customers ask and what to add to the answers.
Sunday, 10:30 pm. A customer asks what the service costs and wants an appointment on Tuesday. They get an answer at once, and on Monday morning their request is waiting for you with a name and a number.
Most questions are the same: price, opening hours, address, free slots. Your team answers them between other tasks, and after hours nobody answers at all. The customer who writes at 10 pm does not wait until morning. Often they write to the next business in the search results too.
You do not need another person on the phone. You need the repeat questions answered automatically, and a team that only receives what genuinely needs a person.
If you get a few questions a week, a page with clear answers and a visible phone number will do the job and cost less. We say so in the first call.
A chatbot makes sense when the same questions arrive every day, some of them after hours, and you work with appointments or bookings: clinics, salons, repair shops, restaurants. Some call it an AI receptionist or an AI assistant for the business. The job is the same: answer, and pass on the request.
Twenty free minutes. You tell us what your customers ask and what should happen after the question.
You receive in writing what the bot will do, where it will run and what it costs. Scope and price are agreed before we start.
We give the bot your information and test it with real questions you have received. You try it with your team before it goes public.
We put it on your site, run a test request from end to end and show you how to change the information it answers from.
From you: one conversation, the prices and answers you already give on the phone, and one trial run with your team. No homework.
We show working systems, not projected results.

The form stores every enquiry in a database and a Google Sheet and emails both founders. If the email fails, the system tries again. Requests from a chatbot we build reach your team the same way.

Table requests and orders land on a staff board, not on a team member's personal phone.
The price depends on the scope: answers only, or also appointment requests, a calendar connection, how many languages and how many channels. On top of the build there is a monthly amount covering hosting, the AI usage and support, because every conversation uses an AI model that has to be paid for.
That is why we do not publish a price list. After the free 20-minute call you receive a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a clear monthly amount. Before you pay, we confirm the total and any applicable tax in writing.
It says it will pass the question to your team and records how to reach the customer. We set it to answer only from your information and test it with real questions before launch.
A chatbot answers and collects requests. An AI agent can also act: put an appointment in the calendar, check an order, update a spreadsheet. Which one you need depends on what should happen after the question.
If your calendar or booking software allows a connection, yes. If not, the request reaches your team with all the details and you confirm. We check this before the offer.
The bot asks only for what the request needs: name, phone number, service, preferred time. We agree in writing where the conversations are kept and who can see them.
No. It takes the repeat questions and the after-hours requests. Conversations that need a person stay with your people.
Start with a free 20-minute call. If you would rather see the numbers first, the 5-minute check shows what enquiries that nobody answers in time cost you.
