Business software

Custom software for small and mid-sized businesses

Custom software for businesses that have outgrown their spreadsheets but do not fit an off-the-shelf program.

Start with your business.

Twenty minutes, free. If an off-the-shelf program will do the job, we say so on the call.

What custom software we build

  • A CRM built around your process

Customers, enquiries, deal stages and follow-up dates. Only the fields you actually use.

  • Client portals connected to your CRM

Your customers log in to their own account to see orders, documents, invoices and the status of their work, all coming straight from your CRM.

  • Ordering and booking systems

A site, a cart, a team board and an admin panel, connected as one.

  • Internal boards and panels

One screen where the manager sees what is happening and changes content, prices and settings without help.

  • Roles and access

Everyone sees what they need: the manager sees everything, the team sees its own tasks.

  • Connected to what you use

Email, Google Sheets, Excel, card payment, and your accounting software if it allows a connection (API). We check first, then promise.

  • Runs in the browser

Nothing to install. It opens on a computer, a tablet and a phone.

  • Hosting and maintenance

We take them on for a monthly amount, so the system keeps running after handover.

Monday morning. You open one page and see every order, every customer and who is doing what this week. Nobody asks which spreadsheet it was in.

The problem we solve

Orders sit in one spreadsheet, customers in another, tasks in a chat. The ready-made program you tried wanted you to work its way, or charged a subscription for features you never use. When the person who knows how everything connects is on holiday, the work stops.

Software for a small business does not have to be big. It has to follow your process, keep everything in one place and be easy for the team. That is what we build.

Is this for you?

If an off-the-shelf program covers almost everything you need, use it. It will be cheaper and faster. We say so in the first call.

Custom software makes sense when ready-made programs force you to work someone else's way, when you pay for several subscriptions that do not talk to each other, or when the way you work is what sets you apart from your competitors.

From first call to launch

  1. A conversation

Twenty free minutes. You tell us how you work today and where your tools hold you back.

  2. Scope and price

We describe the screens, the roles and the links to other programs. You receive the scope and the price in writing before we start.

  3. Built in stages

You see a working version early on, not pictures, and give your notes while the system grows.

  4. Launch and handover

We move over the data that is in scope, launch the system with your team and show everyone how to work with it.

From you: one conversation, the spreadsheets and documents you work with today, and your notes on the working version. No homework.

Software that is already running

We show working systems, not projected results.

Client build · live · name withheld

A system for a delivery kitchen

An ordering site with two menus and one shared cart, a live kitchen board, ticket printing and card payment with an on/off switch: if card payment stops, orders continue with cash on delivery.

Client build · live · name withheld

A restaurant and bar

A menu of more than 200 items in two languages, bookings and orders on a staff board, and a panel the manager uses to run the content.

Internal system · in use · not for sale

Our internal business workspace

Leads, deal stages, follow-up dates and company records in one place.

Our own tool · in use

Ledger, our build engine

Our own AI build engine. It designs, builds and tests the code. The people decide what gets built, check the result and hand it over.

What custom software costs

The price depends on the scope: how many screens and roles the system has, how many programs it connects to, whether it takes payments and how much data we move over. A simple CRM for one team is one job. An ordering system with a kitchen, payments and a panel is another.

That is why we do not publish a price list. After the free 20-minute call you receive a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a separate monthly amount for hosting and maintenance. Before you pay, we confirm the total and any applicable tax in writing.

Your questions, answered

How is the price of software development worked out?

From the scope: screens, roles, links to other programs, payments and data migration. We do not work from a price list. After a 20-minute call you receive a written offer with a fixed price, before we start.

What does a custom CRM cost?

It depends on what it has to track: only customers and deals, or also tasks, documents and invoices. If a ready-made CRM fits you, we will tell you. If not, the price is in the written offer after the call.

How long does development take?

It depends on the scope and on how quickly we receive your data and notes. We agree the timeline in writing in the offer, before we start.

There are two of you. Who maintains the system?

Yes, we are two founders and we run every project ourselves. We build with Ledger, our own AI engine. Maintenance is agreed as a monthly amount in the offer.

Who owns the code and the data?

Your data is yours. After full payment you own your system; our shared components stay ours and come with a licence to use them. Where the system runs is agreed in writing in the offer.
