For hotels with a restaurant

Direct bookings for the hotel and its restaurant, on one board

Software for hotels and restaurants that brings room requests, table bookings and orders into one place.

Start with your business.

Twenty minutes, free. If your booking platform is enough for you, we say so on the call.

What the software for hotels and restaurants includes

  • A site with your rooms

Each room type with photos, amenities and the terms of stay, in English and Bulgarian.

  • A direct booking request

The guest chooses dates, the number of guests and a room type. The request lands on the board and the front desk confirms it. That way you do not risk a double booking.

  • One board for the front desk

Room requests, table bookings and orders in one place, on a computer, a phone or a tablet.

  • Menu and bookings for the restaurant

A menu in two languages with photos and online table bookings. This is the part we have already built for restaurants.

  • Orders from the room

The guest orders from their phone and the order appears in the kitchen with a sound and, if you want, on a ticket printer.

  • Run it without a developer

Your team changes the texts, the photos, the menu and the restaurant's opening hours.

  • Online card payment

Optional, with a switch: if payment stops working, you turn it off and requests continue.

  • A link to your system

A link to a PMS, a channel manager or a booking platform is checked for each hotel separately. We promise it only after we see what your system allows.

Saturday morning. The night's room requests, the dinner bookings and the order from room 12 sit on one board. The front desk answers them all without searching three phones.

The problem we solve

Enquiries arrive by phone, by email, on Viber and on Instagram. The front desk answers between the guests at the counter. A guest who gets no answer books through a platform, and the platform keeps a commission and holds the relationship with them.

The hotel restaurant lives separately. Table bookings sit in a notebook, room orders go through the phone and the menu on the site is out of date. A guest from abroad cannot read half of it.

This is not a staff problem. What is missing is one place where every request arrives on its own and is seen by the people who have to answer. That is what we build.

Is this for you?

If you run a guesthouse with a few rooms, your bookings come through a platform and that works, a system of your own will not pay for itself. One simple page with a link to the platform will do the job. We say so in the first call.

It makes sense when the hotel has a restaurant, guests look for you directly, requests are scattered across several channels, or you want guests to come back to you and not to the platform. Your own site does not oblige you to leave the platforms: the two run side by side.

From first call to launch

  1. A conversation

Twenty free minutes. You tell us how room requests, table bookings and orders arrive today and where they get lost.

  2. Scope and price

You receive in writing what we build and what it costs. If you need a link to a system of yours, we first check whether it is possible. Scope and price are agreed before we start.

  3. Built with your rooms and menu

You see a working version with your rooms and dishes and try it with the front desk and the kitchen before it goes public.

  4. Launch in the hotel

We set up the board and the printer, run a test request and a test order from end to end and show the team how to work with it.

From you: the descriptions and photos of the rooms, the menu with its prices, and one trial run with the front desk and the kitchen. No homework.

Systems from our restaurant work, already running

We have not yet finished a system for a hotel. Our restaurant work transfers in part. Here are systems with the same parts that are already working:

Client build · live · name withheld

A restaurant and bar

A menu of more than 200 items in two languages, bookings and orders on a staff board, and a panel for the manager.

Client build · live · name withheld

A delivery kitchen

An ordering site with two separate menus and one shared cart, a live board in the kitchen, ticket printing and card payment with an off switch.

Our own site · live

The site you are reading

Every enquiry is stored in a database and in a Google Sheet and reaches both founders by email. If sending fails, the system tries again.

What software for a hotel with a restaurant costs

The price depends on the scope: a site with room requests only, or also the restaurant, room orders, printing, card payment and a link to a system of yours. You receive a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a separate monthly amount for hosting and maintenance.

We do not take a cut of your bookings or orders. With card payment, the payment provider's fee follows your own contract with them.

Your questions, answered

How much does software for hotels and restaurants cost?

It depends on the scope. You receive a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a monthly amount for hosting and maintenance, before we start. We take no cut of your bookings.

Does it connect to my PMS, my channel manager or Booking.com?

We do not promise such a link in advance. We check what your system allows for each hotel separately, and only then say whether and how it can be done.

Have you built a system for a hotel before?

Not yet. We have built systems for restaurants with bookings, orders, a live board and card payment. A hotel system is put together from these parts; the rooms part is new, and you try it before it goes public.

How do we avoid a double booking?

Until there is a link to your booking system, the site takes requests, not confirmed bookings. The front desk checks availability and confirms.

Do we have to leave the booking platforms?

No. Your own site runs alongside them. The aim is that a guest who looks for you directly can book with you.
