Client portals

A client portal connected to your CRM

A client portal where your customers log in to their own account and check order status, documents, invoices and the next step themselves.

Start with your business.

20 minutes, free. If your customers rarely ask about status and documents, we say so on the call.

What we build into a client portal

  • An account for every customer

Secure email login. Each customer sees only their own orders, documents and messages.

  • Live status

Stages from your CRM shown to the customer in plain words: received, in progress, ready.

  • Documents and invoices

Contracts, quotes and invoices in one place, always the latest version, no digging through email.

  • Requests and messages

The customer sends a new request or question from their account and it lands in the CRM with the right person.

  • Connected to your CRM

We build the CRM too, or connect the portal to the one you use if it allows a connection (API). We check first, then promise.

  • Roles and permissions

You decide who sees what: customers their own, the team its accounts, the manager everything.

  • Phone and desktop

Runs in the browser with nothing to install, and works well on a phone.

  • Hosting and support

We take these on for a monthly fee, so the portal keeps working after handover.

Wednesday, 4 pm. A customer wants to know where their order is. Instead of calling, they log in and see “In progress, ready on Friday”, the invoice and the contract. Your team’s phone stays quiet.

The problem we solve

Customers ask about status, an invoice, a contract you sent a month ago. Someone on your team searches email, a spreadsheet and the CRM, then replies. Each of these conversations takes time nobody planned for.

A client portal puts those answers in one place. The customer sees their own, the team keeps working in the CRM, and both always show the same thing.

Is this for you?

If you have few customers and they rarely ask about status or documents, a portal will not pay for itself. Email will do, and we say so on the first call.

A portal makes sense when you work with repeat customers or with orders that move through several stages: manufacturing, repairs, accounting and legal services, agencies, business-to-business supply, subscriptions and memberships.

From first call to launch

  1. Call

A free 20 minutes. You tell us what customers ask and where your team’s time goes.

  2. Scope and price

We describe what the customer sees, what the team sees and which CRM we connect to. You get the scope and price in writing before we start.

  3. Build in parts

You see a working version early and give feedback as the portal grows.

  4. Launch and handover

We move the data that is in scope, invite the first customers and show your team how to work with the portal.

From you: one call, a list of the questions customers ask most, and feedback on the working version. No homework.

We show working systems, not projected results.

Leads, deal stages, follow-up dates and company records in one place.

What a client portal costs

The price depends on scope: what the customer sees, how many roles there are, whether we build the CRM as well or connect to an existing one, and how much data we move. A portal with status and documents is one job. A portal with requests, payments and several teams is another.

That is why we do not publish a price list. After the free 20-minute call you get a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a separate monthly fee for hosting and support. Before payment we confirm the final amount and any applicable tax in writing.

Your questions, answered

What is a client portal?

A protected page where each of your customers logs in to their own account and sees their orders, documents, invoices and messages. The data comes from the CRM your team works in.

Can you connect it to the CRM we already use?

If your CRM allows a connection (API), yes. We check before the offer. If it does not, or you have no CRM, we build that too.

Is customer data safe?

Each customer sees only their own, access requires login and permissions are set by role. How and where the data is stored is described in writing in the offer, in line with data-protection requirements.

Do customers need to install anything?

No. The portal runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer.

Who owns the code and the data?

The data is yours. After full payment the portal is yours; our shared components stay ours and you receive a licence to use them. Where the portal runs is agreed in writing in the offer.
