A delivery kitchen
An ordering site with two separate menus and one shared cart, a live board in the kitchen and ticket printing.
For restaurants and venues
Your own booking and online ordering system for a restaurant. Customers order and book a table on your site, and the request appears on a screen in the kitchen at that moment. The customer and the order stay with you.
Twenty minutes, free. If your orders are too few for a system of your own, we say so on the call.
Delivery platforms keep a commission on every order and hold the relationship with the customer. Bookings arrive by phone, in chat and on social media, and someone has to copy them down. In the peak hour an order gets lost between the phone and the kitchen.
This is not a staff problem. What is missing is one place where everything arrives without anyone copying it. That is what we build.
Friday, 8 pm. Orders appear on the screen in the kitchen, bookings sit on the same board and nobody copies anything down.
If you receive a few orders a week, your own system will not pay for itself and the platform remains the cheaper choice. We say so in the first call.
It makes sense when orders and bookings come every day, the commission is already felt and you want customers to return to you, not to the platform. Your own site does not oblige you to leave the platforms: the two run side by side.
Twenty free minutes. You tell us how you take orders and bookings today and where they get lost.
You receive in writing what we build and what it costs. Scope and price are agreed before we start.
You see a working version with your dishes and try it with your team before it goes public.
We set up the board and the printer, run a test order from end to end and show the team how to work with it.
From you: the menu with the prices and photos you already have, and one trial run with your team. No homework.
We show working systems, not projected results.

A menu of more than 200 items in two languages, bookings and orders on a staff board, and a panel for the manager.
The price depends on the scope: a menu and bookings only, or also delivery orders, printing and card payment. You receive a written offer with a fixed price for the build and a separate monthly amount for hosting and maintenance.
We do not take a cut of your orders. With card payment, the payment provider's fee follows your own contract with them.

We have built online card payment with myPOS and tested it with real payments. For another provider, or a link to your till software, we first check what it allows and only then promise anything.
The panel has a switch. You turn card payment off and customers keep ordering with payment on delivery until the problem is solved.
Yes. One button closes orders or stops delivery only. The site and the menu stay visible and the customer sees a message.
The board runs in a browser on a phone or a tablet. Printing needs a ticket printer. We tell you which model works before you buy anything.
Start with a free 20-minute call. If you would rather see the numbers first, the 5-minute check shows where your business loses money.
