TOMASAKI: online ordering system

The kitchen has two separate menus. The task was to let a customer order from both in one order, and to let the kitchen see it at once.

We built an ordering site with two separate menus and one shared cart. A new order appears live on a board in the kitchen, with a sound, and is printed on a ticket. The customer follows its status on their own page.

The team changes the menu and the opening hours on its own. One button pauses all orders, or delivery only. Online card payment is optional and has a switch: when it is off, orders continue with payment on delivery.

A large menu in two languages is hard to keep current if every change has to go through a developer.

We built a site with a menu of more than 200 items in Bulgarian and English, with photos. Bookings and orders arrive on a staff board.

The manager changes the menu and the events through a panel of their own.

An AI assistant for a dental clinic

The assistant is built around the questions patients ask most: which services the clinic offers, when it is open and how to book an appointment.

We built an AI assistant in Bulgarian that talks by voice or in chat. It answers questions about the clinic and takes appointment requests.

The site had to speak two languages, and no enquiry could be lost.

The Bulgarian version is at kazenagroup.bg and the English one at kazenagroup.com. Every enquiry is stored in a database, copied to a Google Sheet and emailed to both founders. If the email fails, the system tries again.

We keep enquiries, the stage of every deal, follow-up dates and business records in one place. We built it for ourselves and do not offer it as a product.
