This notice explains how Kazena Group handles enquiries sent through this website.
What we collect
Your name or business, email, message, chosen service and language. We also record a submission reference, time and limited campaign labels. Do not include sensitive personal data or other people’s confidential information.
Why we use it
To respond to your request, discuss services and take steps toward a contract when you ask us to. We use limited technical information to prevent spam and protect the service. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Who handles it
The two founders handle enquiries in our private business workspace. The planned hosting and form-storage provider is Cloudflare. Business email uses Google Workspace, and a private Google Sheets backup of enquiries is planned with access limited to the founders. Optional owner alerts through Resend contain a reference only, not your message. Provider configuration is verified before public launch.
Storage and retention
Unconverted enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 90 days. If you become a client, relevant records move to the client relationship and applicable record-keeping schedule. Access is limited to authorised team members.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or to object where applicable. You may complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Preferences and measurement
We store your chosen language and view in your browser when available. Optional measurement is off unless you enable it: it counts fixed interaction events without names, email, messages or persistent visitor identifiers. The enquiry security check uses Cloudflare Turnstile when the public service is enabled.
Anonymous interaction counts
Measurement is disabled.
